All rights reserved. All materials and brand concepts may not be reproduced or used in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the Business owner except for the use of brief quotations in a positive review.

Termination

The Business Owner reserves the right to terminate Participants participation in the event at any time without prejudice or penalty to the Business Owner.

Media Consent

Participant hereby authorizes any images or video footage taken in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the Business Owner's Websites and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and marketing campaigns.

Participant waives rights to privacy and compensation, which they may have in connection with such use of their name and likeness, including rights to be written copy that may be created in connection with video production, editing and promotion therewith.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a request in writing.

Refunds & Cancellations Refund Policy

Nicole O. Salmon offers no refunds on any programs/services. If you can no longer complete a program, or service that has commenced, you are responsible for the full cost.
